EDAVILLE USA PARK POLICIES

BEHAVIOR

We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior are offensive to park guests and may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.

DRESS CODE

In keeping with our family-friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, Edaville USA strictly enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn at all times, including shirts, shorts/pants and appropriate footwear. Clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics is not permitted, and shirts cannot be turned inside-out as a solution. admission may be denied if clothing is deemed by management to be inappropriate.  

LANGUAGE

Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be ejected from the park without refund.

PARK POLICY COMPLIANCE

In addition to complying with the above Edaville USA Park Policies, guests are required to comply with all local, state and federal laws, as well as individual park policies, rules and instructions posted or otherwise listed.

GUEST SAFETY

Please walk at all times. Do not sit or stand on fences or railings.

PETS 

Pets are not permitted in the park, with the exception of service animals.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are not permitted at any time:

  • Food/coolers (except special diet and infant food)
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Lawn/folding chairs
  • Magic markers, spray paint
  • Aerosol cans
  • Glass bottles
  • Knives
  • Spiked clothing/jewelry
  • Fireworks/explosives
  • Firearms/ammunition
  • Chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray

Also note, open-flame cooking is not allowed at any time in our parking lots.

RAIN POLICY

Some rides and shows will close temporarily during electrical storms, heavy rains, high winds and other severe weather conditions. These attractions will re-open when conditions permit safe operation. The Freight House café, Gift Shop and Cran Central Station will remain open during inclement weather. Edaville USA does not issue rain checks or refunds.

RIDER RESPONSIBILITY

There is an inherent risk in participating in any amusement ride. We expect riders to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner. Guests must also obey all oral and written warnings, and properly use all ride safety equipment provided. Guests who do not comply with ride rules may be ejected from the park without refund. Please refer to specific guidelines posted at the entrance of every ride.

RIDE RESTRICTIONS

Safety is our number-one priority. Guests with certain body proportions or of certain heights and/or weights may not be able to enjoy certain rides if the safety restraints will not operate as designed. Specific ride information is available on the “RIDES” page of the Edaville USA website, at Guest Relations, and at the ride itself.


 

EDAVILLE USA GUEST RELATIONS

 INCLEMENT WEATHER

For your safety, certain rides may need to close during severe weather. The Freight House Café, The Gift Shop and Cran Central Station will be open, and the Edaville USA train will operate, during bad weather. Rides will re-open as soon as possible. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.

 PARK ANNOUNCEMENTS

We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations.

DONATIONS/COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Edaville USA is happy to donate two park tickets per year to qualified non-profit organizations, in order to assist their fund-raising efforts.

Valid organizations

  • Non-profit groups
  • School groups raising funds for equipment or graduation events
  • Church/youth/scholarship programs
  • Organizations raising funds for other charities

  Guidelines

  • Requests must be made at least 60 days before, and no more than four months ahead, of the event
  • No telephone, email, or faxed requests will be accepted
  • All submissions and return addresses must be printed on organizational letterhead-no photocopies will be accepted
  • Must include non-profit ID number (if applicable), event date, purpose of event, and what the tickets and funds will be used for


No donations will be made to individuals, families, company employee events, class reunions, or proms. Due to the high volume of requests, we cannot confirm receipt of letters or provide status. Declined requests will not receive a response.
