This is a fun-filled family event, that offers the oppurtunity to ride with Thomas the Tank Engine, will engineer thousands of smiles at every scheduled arrival. What is the admission price and what does it include?
Admission is $20 ages 2 and up and includes entry to the park, one ride on a passenger car pulled by Thomas himself, video viewing, coloring, temporary tattoo's, story telling, live enertainment and sing alongs, 13 amusement rides, play area's and much more.
Why is there a service charge for online ticket sales?
Unfortunately, Day out with Thomas uses Ticketweb, which charges a service fee to purchase tickets.
Should I purchase tickets in advance or at the gate?
You are welcome to do both. Our recommendation is to purchase tickets in advance to guarantee your reservation. This also allows you to skip the ticket line when entering the park. If you purchase tickets at the gate, we cannot gaurantee you a time slot, therefore you may want to arrive early to choose your time.

Is the event rain or shine?
Yes. Only in the event of severe weather will we close. This information will be posted to our website and an option of exchanging tickets for another day or a refund.
How long is the train ride?
What time do the trains run?
Trains run every 40 minutes beginning at 9:30am, 10:10am, 10:50am, 11:30am, 12:10pm, 12:50pm, 1:30pm, 2:10pm, 2:50pm, 3:30pm, and 4:10pm. When purchasing tickets, choose the time that best fits when you would like to ride. Please arrive at the depot area located next to Jumbo the Flying Elephant approximately 15-20 minutes before your train leaves.
Are strollers allowed on the train?
No. We do have a stroller parking area located in the depot. Edaville is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables left inside them.
Is the train handicapped accessible?
Yes, the caboose had a wheel chair ramp capable of handling all types of wheel chairs

What is the average time a family spends at the park?
Typically anywhere from 3 to 4 hours depending on what you choose to do
